Friday, July 11, 2008 today is a long day with IIC peeps!!
had my 1st sponsorship meeting with OCBC securities... it was a lunch meeting, but dumb dumb us met early for lunch at subway... had only 3 bites of my cold cut trio honey oats sandwich with honey mustard when melvin called and asked us to go over to the OCBC building. 'its a rule to be 15 mins early for sponsorship meetings!'
and the nice people at OCBC there prepared sandwiches lunch for us! exactly the same way i did it at CA, the arragement, the drinks, everything! haha i used to order sandwiches for lunch meetings at CA, and now another person is preparing it for me!!! HEH HEH HEH...
ate cranberry turkey sandwich from tossz, not bad. they dont use white bread, instead, greyish bread with bits of almond... nice leh! maybe can recommend it to the CA ppl next time! =) but at the meeting ar, paiseh to gobble down the whole sandwich, so i just ate half and took away the other half...
funny hor i go to sponsorship meeting to discuss events but i seem to be talking more about the sandwich. HAHA. oh wells the meeting went off quite smoothly, and lemme tell you the people there are so much better than AssHL. they give ideas, not force ideas.
after the meeting, we went tcc to discuss discuss discuss. and ended up discussing more of other stuff. haha like always!
my oh-so-yummy macha mambo! haha compared to what the rest ordered, i think mine is the most yummy! had fallen in love with silky macha drinks after since trying out o-cha-cha.
$7.50++, one of the relatively more ex cold drinks there.
happy meeting. oh well, not really, i almost teared when i told them about some nasty people I met WHICH made my darling bernice and i so angry. dont think they deserved to be mentioned as WHO. oh well u can guess how angry i am..

then it was off to lavendar and a 4min cab ride from lavendar mrt to wilihar street. we were simply too unwilling to walk, and there were 5 of us, so we took 2 cabs, $3.40 each. so uneconomical, of there's such a word. but then, we were sponsored. HAHA!
looking for shops that rent costumes.. walked the entire lanes and streets, from concourse to the very end of arab street area, then walked to bugis, and walked to bras basah, climbed 5 storeys... so tiring, and my feet was really hurting from my 3-inch... 2 small pieces of skin came out lo, pain pain. but i yao mei bu yao ming, so i didnt change to the slippers i brought.. surrendered just before going home, cuz my friends say that i'm walking funnily liao. pain leh.

and so i had a half tossz sandwich cum 2/3 subway sandwich for dinner.
