Wednesday, July 16, 2008 went to NTU today again to post the posters. will upload for u to see next time. they are super pretty lo. keith and hongkai's babies. super pretty. =)
then met sk for the long journey to the east, and Astons dinner at an old Bedok kopitiam.
Grilled fish with herbs, with cold pasta and fries as sides. $6.50
the fish was a lil too salty for my liking, and it wasnt really thick and white( the kind that i would prefer, found in ntu can 14- totally fabulous!)
accompanying the grilled fish is some sauce that looks like cream sauce... first time i had grilled fish with such a sauce. but i totally forgot how it tastes like already, so i guess its so-so lo.
the cold pasta salad is good! i like it... it has a strong capsicum smell, so ppl who dont like peppers like sk, better not take this. =) i like it though, thought that it was special.
fries, just the normal fries lo. would prefer it to be those mos burger thik fries instead. but this is nice too, so alright =)
sk's pork chop, with onion rings and baked potato as sides. $8.50
the pork chops are okie lo... not really a big deal, just some normal pork chops. onion rings, normal, those common ones. baked potato is nice though... they put a cute ball of butter in the potato...
then after finishing some Cashflow work, i went to NBS FOC fright night!
only managed to take this picture cuz i forgot to switch my hp to silent mode. hence when i took the photo, there was a loud camera sound.. was too paiseh to take more photos then. its so dumb of me lo. i forgot my camera can be switched to silent mode..
planned to stay overnight initially, but mona dearie was driving and she can send me home! and thus within1.5 hrs i'm already on my way back with mona and qianqi. thanks so much to mona, you made my parents relieved. =)
going to ntu with mona for FOC performance night tml! =)
